Vacation travel experts Eileen and Joel Entin offer personal cruise and travel counseling based on over 30 years of travel experience. The Entins, frustrated by travel agents who hadn’t really traveled and believing that people deserve a high level of service and expertise, founded Diamond Cruise & Travel on the premise that smart travelers would put a premium on credible travel advice and professional, caring service.
“Most people don’t realize that cruise lines, and even individual ships, have different personalities,” says Eileen. “These differences also apply to hotels and vacation destinations. People want to get away, and with limited vacation time, it’s more important than ever to get advice from someone who’s been there.”
Certified by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and a member of the Travel Leaders Network, Diamond Cruise & Travel provides cruise services, motorcoach tours and other vacation packages throughout the world.
The agency loves to work with small groups to help plan reunions and family vacations as well as destination weddings.
An accredited cruise counselor, Ms. Entin is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and is a certified Disney specialist. She is also a Royal Caribbean certified expert, a Princess Cruises expert, Celebrity Cruises consultant, Norwegian Cruise Line specialist, and Hotel sales specialist.
